Shadow of a Tree

Character is like a tree and a reputation like a shadow.
The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing.

Hop On, Hop Off Red Bus

London, 2008
We took this to see more of places around London,
I think it's worth, rather than going to some places on our own.

Victoria Square's Reflection

Belfast, Northern Ireland, 2008

“Reflection is the business of man;

a sense of his state is his first duty:

but who remembereth himself in joy?

Is it not in mercy then that sorrow

is allotted unto us?”

Some Sweet Goodies

Actually, we tried some of the chocolates displayed here in Harrods... well, they're good but I won't spend much money for expensive chocolates :) I bought some fruit teas, and I think the prices are reasonable.

Here's the place, we're only allowed to take photos in this area:
Cake collection...

Playing with Reflections

Sometimes when you look in the mirror,
you look thin, sometimes you look fat right?
That's what we saw when we're playing with our reflections :)

Here, we're tall and thin...

Now, we're short and fat :)

Happy Weekend!

And, in fact, no one has yet determined which

Outside of London

EnglandOn our third day in England

First, we headed to southwest of London in Windsor Castle (the official residences of the Queen), and said to be continuously occupied for nearly 1000 years.

EnglandSecond stop was the mysterious Stonehenge in Salisbury plains, the most popular prehistoric monument in the world, constructed 5,000 years ago.

We had lunch in one of a typical English bar/restaurant called Churchill. Hubby had his baked lamb liver, and I had baked fish and chips.

Lastly, we visited Bath, a Georgian city, and also entered the Roman Baths.

We’ll be back, but we need to save again :)

When I travel, I seldom take pictures of people...

Shadow Shot Sunday
Updated:
Edinburgh has 4 season in one day! It was chilly, windy, sunny, and rainy. I even experienced snow in the afternoon :)
