| Kin Men Island 2010 |
We visited famous noodle factory/store in Kinmen on our 3rd day,
one kind of noodle is called QQ Mian
(Chewy Noodles).
"QQ" in Taiwan means,
the texture of the food is soft and chewy.
For instance,
the black pearl (tapioca) in their Bubble Tea is QQ.
Freshly made QQ Noodles, we were given free lunch
plus free give aways QQ Noodles.
Just a glimpse of culture...
